Return and Refund Policy

At SLE Quality Systems Consulting, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If a service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.
  • If there was an error or oversight on our part in the delivery of the service.
  • If a client cancels a service within 14 days of the agreed start time and before significant work has been undertaken.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Refunds will not be granted for services already fully completed and delivered.
  • Partial refunds may be considered based on the portion of the service completed.
